Adrianna Rakauskas
Adrianna Rakauskas grew up in Bloomsburg, Pennsylvania, and has been dancing since the age of 2. She trained in various dance styles, began competing at 8 years old, and performed at events like the Orange Bowl and the 76ers halftime show.
Adrianna attended Bucknell University from 2020-2024, where she was a member of both the Bison Girls Dance Team and the Bucknell Dance Company. She served as president of the Bison Girls during her junior and senior years. Additionally, Adrianna was a student director for the Dance Company and had the honor of choreographing for both their showcase and Main Stage Concerts.
Currently Adrianna is working as a researcher at Memorial Sloan Kettering and getting her Master's degree at Columbia University.
Adrianna is incredibly grateful to have found DanceWorks New York City, a supportive community where she can grow as both an artist and an individual. She is excited for her third opportunity to choreograph for DWNYC.
