Ainsley Holman grew up in Dallas, Texas, and has been dancing since the age of 3. She trained in a variety of dance styles, began competing at age 13, and was a member of her high school dance team in Dallas, where she developed a strong foundation in performance, teamwork, and musicality.

During her senior year of high school, Ainsley was a member of the Williston Northampton Dance Ensemble, where she expanded her concert dance experience and choreographed two original pieces. She went on to attend Syracuse University from 2018–2022, where she was a member of DanceWorks Syracuse, continuing to grow as both a performer with a focus in jazz and contemporary.

After graduating, Ainsley moved to New York City and became deeply involved in the DanceWorks NYC community, where she has continued to train, perform, and collaborate with fellow artists, such as her co-choreographer Angelo Senerchia.

She is thrilled for her first season choreographing and her fourth season with DanceWorks NYC, and is incredibly grateful for the supportive, inspiring community where she has found lifelong friends and continues to develop her artistic voice.
