Katerina spent 10 years at Midwest Youth Dance Theatre in Minnesota, training and competing in the styles of ballet, jazz, tap, and hip-hop. During this time, she launched a program for student-athletes, providing ballet training to help improve agility and coordination. Katerina went on to perform with the Jaywalk Dance Team while attending Johns Hopkins University, eventually moving to New York City for a career in Tech Marketing. She has since expanded her hip-hop training in the city and currently choreographs for weddings. After two years as a performer with DanceWorks NYC, Katerina is excited to debut her first piece in Season 26!
