Zoe Kent grew up in Belle Mead, New Jersey where she danced with The Dance Factory since the age of 3. There she trained in Jazz, Tap, Ballet, Pointe, Contemporary, Hip Hop, Modern, and Lyrical. With her studio, she had numerous performance opportunities, including dancing at the Brooklyn Nets and New Jersey Devils games. During high school, Zoe was on the Montgomery High School Varsity Dance Team, serving as captain her senior year. She performed at football and basketball games as well as competed nationally through UDA in Jazz, Hip Hop, and Pom. 

Zoe attended The University of Minnesota and graduated with a B.S. in Neuroscience in 2024. Now working in clinical research at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, she is grateful to have DanceWorks to keep dance in her life. Season 27 will be her third season with the company and first season as a choreographer. She is so excited to debut her choreography on stage with her piece, Tunnel Vision!
